Aaron A. Foosaner

Aaron, age 94, passed away at his home on Feb. 20th, 2015 in the company of his wife Marcia and his sister Sarene Rosen. Aaron graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law.He practiced law in Miami privately, was with the U.S Attorney's office, and closing his career in Miami with the law firm of then, Smith/ Mandler. He retired to Stuart, Florida with his wife Marcia but, retirement was not his forte. He joined the firm of then Warner, Fox, Seeley and Dungey as Of Council. He is survived by his wife Marcia, sister Sarene Rosen, daughter Lynn Foosaner-Ohlsen, son David Foosaner and four grandchildren: Devin Ohlsen, Justin Ohlsen, Adam Foosaner and Marissa Foosaner. A celebration of life / memorial service will be held Wed. Feb. 25th, 2015 at Treasure Coast Seawinds 950 SE Monterey Road,Stuart Florida,34994. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the University of Miami School of Law, Aaron A.
