Aaron A. Jason, age 16 of Stuart, FL passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at the Miami Childrens Hospital. Aaron was born May 5, 1997 in New York, NY, son of Nigel and Roylyn Jason. Aaron attended South Fork High School in Stuart, FL and was a rising track star, member of the Kiwanis Key Club, Youth in Government and Building Bridges to Youth. He had aspirations of attending the University of Florida for a degree in Business Law. He was an avid sports fan with a passion for Nascar, the Seahawks, Gators and the Yankees. More than anything, Aaron was a loving son, brother and friend. Surviving are his parents; sisters, Ayanna and Amina Jason of Stuart, FL; grandmothers, Olga Reuben and Shirley Henry of Brooklyn, NY; grandfather, Winslow Henry of Brooklyn, NY; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and multitudes of friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Hector Jason in 1991. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 8 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church (1500 S Kanner Hwy; Stuart, FL 34994) where a funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. Entombment will follow, Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart, FL. Memorial contributions may be made to the Aaron Jason Memorial Scholarship Funds at any Seacoast National Bank or the Aaron Jason Memorial Fund for Youth in Government at the YMCA (1700 SE Monterey Rd; Stuart, FL 34996).
