Alan B Shattuck, 85, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on July 4, 2021 in Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart FL.

Born in Cortland, N Y he had been a resident of Hobe Sound for the past 17 years.

Prior to retiring he was an Engineering test technician for Pratt & Whitney in Jupiter FL for 33 years.

Alan served honorably in the US Army for 2 years.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Patsy (Morgan) Shattuck, (Patsy 84, passed away on April 19, 2022 in Stuart, FL): His daughters Susan S Shelton and Katheryn S Napoli both of Hobe Sound FL: and his 3 grandchildren Joseph A Napoli III, PHD of Palo Alto CA,  Michael L Napoli of Palm City FL, Morgan E Shelton of Tampa FL.  He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Shattuck, and parents Walter Shattuck and Susan (Weimer) Shattuck.
