Alan H. Phillips 79 of Port St. Lucie Fl. passed away on Thursday, October 24 2024 at the Cleveland Clinic North, Stuart Fl. Al was born in Newark NJ to Andrew and Theresa Phillips on July 26, 1945. Al graduated Union High School in 1963 and was hired at Schering were he spent his entire career until retirement in 2004. During that time, Al joined the US Army where he spent most of his service time at Fort Knox, KY. He married the love of his life, Elaine A. Phillips at St Michael's church in Union, NJ on September 28, 1974 and settled down in Iselin, NJ. A few years later, Al's first and only child, Andrew T. Phillips was born November 30, 1977.  Al spent his life taking care of his family, fishing, golfing, bowling and riding his Harley. Al also loved to travel with Elaine and Andrew to Disney and on many cruises. Al is predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Theresa, his sisters Lorraine Rosol and Evelyn Landolfi, his brothers Joseph Phillips and Andrew Phillips. Al is survived by his loving wife Elaine, his son Andrew and daughter-in-law Dena Phillips and many nieces and nephews.
