Albert Baker, 80, of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away on January 1, 2022 at his residences.

Born in Ohio, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound, Florida, for over 40 years, coming from Athens, Ohio.

Prior to retiring Albert proudly served in the US Army and later was in the construction industry in Ohio and Florida. He was a member of the AMVET Post 14, Hobe Sound, Florida and the American Legion, Tequesta, Florida

Survivors include his wife, Shirley of 12 years; son, Karl (Kim) Baker of Okeechobee Florida; daughter, Darla Lord of Palm City; and brother, Ray Baker of Ohio.
