Albert K. Mauch, 87, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019, at the Solaris Healthcare Parkway in Stuart.

Born in South Germany, on November 13, 1932, Albert attended Schloss Salem School and graduated as an Engineer. He worked for Dynamit Nobel, an industrial plastic company in Troisdorf.  He was transferred to the United States and became Vice President of Sales, traveling extensively. The company was taken over by Evonik, another German company, where he worked until his retirement.

He then suffered from debilitating Dementia.

In his younger years, he was a great athlete, excelling in field hockey, tennis, windsurfing,  and later golf.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Myriam Mauch; his son, Erik; his daughter, Carol; and four grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart.
