Alice Roberts Wynes, aged 56, died peacefully October 8th of 2014 at her home in Jensen Beach, Florida.

Alice was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 26, 1958. She was adopted by Joseph and Marjorie Roberts and lived in Jensen Beach her entire life. She married Keith Holberger in 1979 and had three children. She re-married in 2007 to Robert (also known as Ponytail) Wynes who died in January of 2013.

Alice is survived by her father Joseph Roberts, Jr. of Jensen Beach, brother Joseph Roberts, III of Tennessee, daughter, Heather Hitt and husband, Steven of Sebastian, Florida, son, Douglas Holberger of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and daughter Erica Anderson and husband, James, of Port Saint Lucie.

In addition to raising three children, she volunteered for many years in the Martin County School District and was an Emotional Behavior Disorder teacher's assistant for over ten years.

She could often be found spending her free time reading the latest Stephen King novel or watching reruns of Law and Order SVU. During football season, Sundays were spent wearing her Dan Marino jersey, rooting enthusiastically for the Dolphins.

There will be an informal graveside service at the All Saints' Cemetery of Jensen Beach on October 18th of 2014 from 9:30 to 10:00am, with a reception to follow from 10:00 to 12:00 noon at Houg Hall of the All Saints' Episcopal Church (2303 NE Seaview Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida 34957).
