Angeline B. Cunningham, 87, of Palm City passed away in her home July 6, 2016.
Angeline was born April 27, 1929 in Palm City on Woodham Street in the house her father built. She was the daughter of Dave Baker and Lucille Cockrell Ballinger Baker. Angeline lived in the same house in Palm City for 80 years five miles away from where she was born.
She was a beloved wife and mother. She worked at Luce Flower Farm for a number of years as well as working for her parents business, Phillipe Wholesale Jewelry.
Angeline attended First Congregational United Church of Christ in Palm City and had taught Sunday school there.
She enjoyed putting puzzles together and playing solitaire.
Angeline was a quiet, private tough as nails second generation Florida native. She never had a credit card, believing you saved your money to buy what you wanted or you didn't really need it. She may not of had a lot, but would give you the shirt off her back, if she thought you needed it more than she did.
Survivors include her children, Billy Cunningham; Angie Pendarvis (Herbie) and Jamie Cunningham (Diane); grandchildren, Seth Cunningham, Ricky Pendarvis, Jimmy Pendarvis, Joey Pendarvis, Nathan Cunningham and Lindy Patterson; four great grandchildren, Ian and Zack Patterson, Madison Cunningham and Ethan Pendarvis; brothers, David Junior and Tommy; sisters, Connie, Judy and Carol.
Angeline was predeceased by her husband, William James Cunningham; brother, Charles; sisters, Mary and Natalie.
