Anthony Leon Russo, age 71 of Stuart, FL passed away peacefully on Monday, May 27, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Harper House in Stuart, FL. Tony was born January 15, 1942 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Anthony and Nellie (Kropka) Russo. He moved from Ohio to Coral Springs, FL in 1969 and, finally to Stuart 4 years ago. Tony worked for many years as a Mortgage Banker and had a passion for golf. He also enjoyed sports, especially football. On February 24, 1973, Tony was united in marriage to his loving wife, Patricia (Dzurec) Russo, who survives. Also surviving are his daughters, Audrey Russo of Stuart, FL and Stephanie (David) Bloomster of Stuart, FL; grandchildren, Cheyne, David, Nicholas, Andrew, Lily and Myles. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Russo. Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and no public services are scheduled at this time.
