Tony Trombley, 73, of Stuart, Fl. died Saturday, October 19, 2013 at Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, FL. He was born to the late Felix and Vennetta Trombley on June 6, 1940 in Plattsburgh, NY. He and his wife, Jane along with 2 of her sons permanently moved to Stuart, Fl. in February of 1986. He was an accountant and worked for the Martin County Property Appraisers office in Stuart from 1990 until he retired in June of 2008. He is survived by his wife, Jane; his children, Tony, Jr., Cheryl & Kristine who live up north; his step-children that he and his wife raised, Christopher & Patrick Dempsey and step-children, Martin, Scott & Michael Dempsey; his 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; his brother, Mark and 3 sisters, Rosemary, Susie and JoAnn. He is preceded in death by a sister, Jane and 2 brothers, Henry and Arthur. A memorial service will be held at the Torch South Church on Cove Road in Stuart on Nov. 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice (1201 SE Indian St; Stuart, FL 34997).
