Arleen Burke Colvin, 69, of Stuart, Florida, passed away peacefully at her
home on Sunday, February 8, 2015.

Arleen was born in Neptune, New Jersey, to John and Ruth Burke on December 27, 1945.

She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a minor in Math from George Washington University in 1969, her Masters of Science in Psychology
from the University of Richmond in 1974, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami.

Arleen married Felix Neal Colvin, Jr. in August of 1980. In lieu of pursuing her career in law, she dedicated her life to raising her children as a dedicated mother at home and then a helpmate to her husband.

Arleen is survived by her husband, Felix Neal Colvin, Jr.; their daughter, Julia Ruth Colvin; their son, Neal William Colvin; and Julia's children, Safia, and Nicholas.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 1-3:00 pm at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34994 .

Contributions as a Memorial may be made to a Breast Cancer Awareness Program of the Donor's choice.
