Barbara Jane Kimball passed away on Sunday March 24th, 2024 at the age 78. She was the loving wife of Tom, her husband of almost 56 years. She enjoyed a successful career as a public-school teacher, small business owner and in sales management with the CBS College Text Book Division and with GE Capital LTC Insurance unit that later became Genworth Financial.

Barbara and Tom through the years lived in South Florida, Greenwich, CT and Santa Fe, NM.  She enjoyed travelling, reading a good book, was an avid tennis player and looked forward to being with friends and family.  Wherever she lived she was an active volunteer with adult literacy programs and participated in various book clubs.  She most recently lived in and was a member of Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, FL.

Barbara is preceded in death by her sisters, Denise Nagle of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Michelle Williamson of Tequesta, FL and a number of relatives in the Northeast.  She was a competitive, caring, supporting, strong wonderful woman.  She will be greatly missed by those that knew her.
