Barbara Jean Pitcher Phillips was 88 when she passed September 25, 2022 at Solaris Healthcare in  Stuart, Florida.

Born in Palermo, NY on May 2, 1934 and spent most of her life in Fulton, NY. She was the oldest of 18 siblings.

Barbara and her spouse, Rolland, moved to Port St. Lucie, FL. They were married 67 years. She loved  family gatherings, cooking and was an avid reader.

She is predeceased by her loving spouse, Rolland Phillips, their son, Cameron Phillips as well as her  parents Donald and Harriet Pitcher. Also, predeceased by siblings Reginald, Gerald, Harold James,  Dion Pitcher, Marilyn Bennett, Valerie Hopkins and Kay Lindsley.

She is survived by her sons Randall Phillips of Mill Spring, NC and Paul (Kerrie) Phillips of Fulton,  NY and daughters Lynne Steffens of Jensen Beach, FL and Lori Sands of Stuart, FL. Also, 8  grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

She is survived by siblings Dean, Dale, Steven, Michael, Darryl, Ronald, Donald Jr., Donna Patrick, Sheryl  Pitcher and Audrey McKuen and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home in Stuart, FL on April 13, 2023.  Family will receive friends starting at 3 pm. Memorial Service will follow at 4 pm with Rev. Jack Barrow officiating.
