IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Beverly M.
Jennison
February 8, 1935 – November 24, 2021
Beverly M. Jennison (née Ranslow), 86, passed away peacefully on November 24, 2021, at her home with her daughters by her side. Raised in Millville, Massachusetts, she and her husband settled in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, to raise their family and, later, fully enjoyed retirement living in Stuart, Florida.
Beverly was a proud registered nurse for over 50 years and a graduate from Rhode Island Hospital School of Nursing. She had a passion for caring for others and worked at Woonsocket Hospital in RI and Martin Memorial Hospital in FL.
Bev was a member of Peace Presbyterian Church in Stuart, FL, as well as in her home community of St. Lucie Falls. A resident for over thirty years, she enjoyed organizing and attending many social events. She shared her talents with many, including baking pies, creating award-winning quilts and knitting unique Christmas stockings for family and friends, now considered family heirlooms.
Enjoying more than thirty years of retirement, she and her husband traveled the country in their motor home and were quite happy to have taken multiple cruises to the Caribbean. Weekly games of cards or dominoes with their close friends occupied them both as well. Beverly was extremely proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by Robert G Jennison, her husband of 61 wonderful years. Survivors include a son, Jeffrey Jennison of Fort Worth, TX, and two daughters, Kimberly Mayo of Stuart, FL, and Betsy Jennison Toland and her husband Dan of Hillsborough, NJ; five grandchildren: Joshua, Jessica, Tyler, Marissa and Kyle; and five great grandchildren: Mason, Logan, Kaleb, Isabella and Gabriella.
