Billie Mae Williams, 81, of Stuart, FL passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart.
Mrs. Williams was born September 19, 1930 in Paducah, KY. She was a graduate of FAU in Boca Raton, FL, where she received her Master's degree in Education Leadership. She had been a resident of Stuart, FL for fifty-six years, coming from Portland, TN. Prior to retirement, worked for the Martin County School Board. She was the Dean of Martin County & South Fork High School from 1972-1990. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Stuart.
She is survived by one daughter, Kim Cotton Williams of Stuart, FL; one son, Jay Carlton Williams of Stuart, FL; and two grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Charles Williams.
Service: The family will receive friends from 5-6:00pm on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Garden Chapel; 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL 34994. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6:00pm.
