Carmen Luisa Tosado Regan, 76, of Brooklyn, New York, now residing in Stuart, Florida, died Thursday, August 21, 2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Born in Camuy, Puerto Rico, she had been a resident of Brooklyn, for more than 50 years, moving to Stuart in January of this year.
A homemaker and mother to four great kids, she is survived by her three daughters, Maria C. Bentel, and her husband, Mark, of Stuart, Beatrice Llopiz, and her husband, Wilfredo, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, via Brooklyn, and Luz N. Tosado-Punch, and her husband, Francis, of Brooklyn; one son, Manuel A. Tosado, of Stuart; her loving grandchildren, Denise Brodie, Victor Mendez, Debra Joy Aquino, Dayna Jean Bentel, Jose' Quinones, Jesus Quiones, Ruby Fresneda, Betsy Placencia-Estrella, and Sylvia Tosado; and her adored great-grandchildren, Mateo "El Presidente", Roman, Liam, Olivia, Roc, Ethan, Beatrice, Romeo, Victor Manuel, and Alexander.
Carmen was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, John Thomas Regan.
Services and Interment will be at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory of Stuart.
