Carroll Wayne "CW" Bishop passed away on Saturday August 7, 2021 from Covid pneumonia. He was born On May 13, 1942 in Glasgow Kentucky to Lencoy and Lera Bishop.  He had two older brothers, Bill and David (surviving)and a younger sister Janice. The family moved to Florida in 1956.  He graduated from Martin County High in 1960.  He loved cars and the outdoors since a young age.  He served in the Army. After this, he began his more than 30 year career as a successful Electrician.  In his retirement, he loved fishing, hunting, and time with friends and family.

He was always up for an adventure and was great at storytelling (especially fish stories). He was always kind, generous, thoughtful, and loved deeply those who were lucky enough to have him as a friend or relative.  He was stubborn, opinionated and bold.  He was a single parent but gave so much of himself to his daughters, they were blessed tenfold with an immeasurable wealth of great experiences, life skills, and unconditional love he gave. He was a true southern gentlemen that respected others but demanded respect. Camoflage was his favorite color and a ballcap always on. he was a talented woodworker and a handyman extraordinaire.

Carroll adored daughter Sherry and "son" Will and their families. His grandchildren were his pride and joy.  Life ended too suddenly for him but he leaves a legacy with each of us by all he gave to us during his time here. Remember also to be inspired by him - he lived without regret because of a life well lived.  We must now all continue the journey without him here but are strong in the faith as he is at peace.
