Charles Edward Anthony Garnier, 94, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce.

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada he was a long-time Florida resident, coming from Rhode Island.

A Barber by trade, he cut hair in Rhode Island prior to moving to Florida.

He was an avid golfer and exception tennis player in his younger years.

Charles was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Francis Vivian.

Survivors include his sister, Margaret Mackintosh of Belleville, Ontario, Canada, and a niece, Sandra Cassibo also of Ontario, Canada.

Services will be at the convenience of the family from Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart.
