Charles A. Marsh, 83, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at his home.
Born in Fredonia, New York his family moved to Miami shortly after his birth, and was raised and lived in Miami, until moving to Port Saint Lucie five years ago.
An Army Air Force veteran serving his country honorably during the Korean Conflict, he had the honor to be one of the elite Military Honor Guard at the Presidential Inauguration of Dwight D. Eisenhower, the country's 34th President.
An Aircraft Mechanic by trade, he was a longtime employee of Pan American World Airlines, until their demise, then working for Delta Air Lines, in their Miami location, until retiring to enjoy family and friends.
Survivors include his son, Donald C. Marsh, and his wife, Karen of Port Saint Lucie; one niece, Joanna Marsh, of Saint Augustine, Florida; and his brother-in-law, J. Donald Roszelle, of Panama City, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Marie Marsh, and his son, Glen Alan Marsh.
Services and Interment will be at a later date in South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida.
