Charles James Nicholas, 90, of Stuart, FL passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at his home.
Mr. Nicholas was born on July 20, 1921 in New York, NY. He was WWII veteran who proudly served in the U.S. Air Force.
He had been a resident of Stuart, FL for twenty-four years, coming from Norwalk, CT. Prior to retirement, he owned and operated Nicholas Variety and Charlie's Place in South Norwalk, CT.
He is survived by his children; daughter Joy Alexandra Neupert of Stuart, FL; son David C. Nicholas of Port Saint Lucie, FL; and two grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife Doris M. Nicholas.
