Charlotte Canfield Douglass' Obituary
Charlotte, age 59, of Palm City, Florida, passed away March 19th surrounded by her family at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart, Florida.
Charlotte is survived by her daughter Kimberly, her parents Grace and Fred Canfield, her sisters, Judy, Beth, and Grace along with a large, loving group of family and friends.
Charlotte's full life will be remembered Saturday, April 11th at 3 pm at Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, 5150 SE Railway Avenue, Port Salerno/Stuart, Florida.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions as a memorial be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, Florida 34997.
