Christina Ann "Tina" Brown, 47, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017 at St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie.

Born March 5, 1970 in West Palm Beach, Florida, Tina was the daughter of Joan Ann and David E. Brown. She lived in Alaska, Virginia, Texas and North Carolina before returning to Florida.

She graduated from Virginia's Manchester High School. Tina worked for Philip Morris in Virginia and was awarded a vocational scholarship in data processing and computers. She utilized her computer skills throughout her years of employment. Most recently she was a dispatcher in the trucking and transportation industry.

Tina grew up enjoying the outdoors along with her parents and her big brother, Michael. She began her time on the water at age 4 learning to water ski and later fishing. It was a family effort when lobster hunting was in season and each member had their individual assignments in the efforts to catch lobster during their trips to the Keys. Tina also enjoyed playing football with friends in the neighborhood and being one of the best at the game.

Tina is remembered by her parents as a "Most giving person". Tina would open her home to others who needed a place to stay. People knew they could count on her, she didn't always have a lot to give, but she would give what she had.

Survivors include her parents, Joan Ann and David; brother, Michael; children, Angel, Darius and Karlie; and husband, Gregory.
