Constance Sercia passed away on her 90th birthday surrounded by all of her children. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Loretta and Fred Sparano. She retired to Florida in 1996, where she enjoyed her family, friends, shopping, and church. She is survived by her son, Frank Sercia, daughter AnnMarie Rexford (Peter), son, John Sercia (Rosemary), and daughter, Rosemarie Rizzuto (Tony). She has seven grandchildren: Jes, Kevin, Chris Sercia, Michael and Matthew Rexford, Samantha and Angelina Rizzuto, and six great-grandchildren. Connie touched many lives and will be missed by all.
