Daniel Edmund Cusack

Age 73, of Stuart, FL died Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. Born in Chicago, IL, he had been a resident of Stuart for twenty years, coming from Jupiter and Chicago, IL. Prior to retirement, he was the Director of Environmental Services at Jupiter Medical Center for thirty years. After retirement, he served as a crossing guard for the Martin County Sheriff's Department. He attended St. Andrew's Catholic Church , Stuart. He was a veteran of the US Navy.

He was the youngest of ten children. Survivors include his close friend and ex-wife; Constance Cusack of Wickenburg, AZ; four daughters: Teri Cusack of Stuart, Cindy Toyne of Washington, IL, Debbie Kummerman of Diamond Bar, CA and Katie Cusack of East Peoria, IL; two sisters, Theo Soffe of Stuart and June Hayden of Addison, IL; and six grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6PM, Friday, September 21, 2012 at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, FL. The family suggests memorials be made to the Martin County Sheriff's Youth Ranch in his memory.
