Daniel G. Deel of Port St. Lucie Florida, Florida, formerly of Sharon, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 3, 2025 at Treasure Coast Hospice after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Dan was born on February 9, 1940 in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania to Martha E Wade Deel and Danielle Philip Deel.
Dan attended Lakeview High School and Newcastle school of trades in Pennsylvania. Dan was an US Army veteran serving in the Vietnam war between 1965 and 1969. He worked for 24 years at the former Sharon Steel Corporation; also Combine Brothers Restaurant in Hermitage PA and various restaurants in Florida after moving there in 1998.
Dan was a member of Redefine Church in Port St. Lucie Florida where he found joy in attending. He loved to travel, taking many cruises over the years. He was an avid bowler in both Pennsylvania and in Florida belonging to many leagues in both states. He enjoyed going to as many country music concerts as he possibly could
Dan is survived by his wife of 37 years, Linda Lee (Locke) Deel and his sister, Linda Marie Deel of Grove city Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends who have become family. Besides his parents, he was proceeded in death by his twin brother Samuel F. Deel, at birth, brothers David Deel and Glenn Deel and his sisters, Alice Sealand, Frances Mcclearn, Margaret Ethel Sherman and Nina Deel.
No services are planned at this time.
