David Spangle MacDaniel passed away peacefully in Stuart, Florida on September 19 ^th , 2020 after a long illness. David was born on July 26, 1958 in Fulton, New York. He was the youngest of six children born to Virginia Spangle MacDaniel and Gene MacDaniel. He is survived by two sisters Barbara MacDaniel of Aurora, Colorado, Meredith MacDaniel of San Jose, California and one brother, John MacDaniel of Stuart, Florida. He was predeceased by two brothers, Daniel and Douglas.

David is also survived by three children, Joshua MacDaniel, Nathan MacDaniel and Kymberly Roberge and several grandchildren.

He was a graduate of Auburn High School in Auburn, New York and attended Delhi College in Upstate New York. After graduation, he moved to Florida and pursued a career as an electrician before taking a job at Johnson Controls. He worked with Johnson Controls for many years at Cape Canaveral and was most proud of his work on the Titan Rocket team.

He had many challenges, but the toughest was the Multiple Sclerosis which took its toll on him and contributed to his early demise.

He loved his cat, Myra, but most of all he loved his children and was proud of their many accomplishments.
