Dawn Larsen Hart, 50, of Stuart, Florida, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the Martin Memorial Hospital North in Stuart.
Born in Los Angeles, California, she had been a resident of Stuart for more than forty years, coming from her birthplace.
Dawn was a Licensed Practical Nurse until illness forced her to retire.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hart, of Tennessee; her mother, Bonnie Kreis, of Jensen Beach, Florida; her father, Byron R. Larsen and his wife, Jeanne, also of Jensen Beach; two brothers, Brad Larsen and his wife, Elizabeth, and their sons, Erik, Colin, and Matt, of Stuart, and Hazen Kreis, III and his family of Denver, Colorado; two sisters, Marty Hines and her family, of Knoxville, Tennessee and Marie Mirts and her family also of Knoxville. Dawn is also survived by her aunt and uncle, Sue and Glenn Bormann, of Davenport, Iowa; cousins, Shannon Derry and her family, of Rock Island, Illinois, Glenna Zaruba and her family from Preston, Iowa, and Clint Bormann and his family, of Blue Grass, Iowa; and her sister-in-law, Judy Hart Flannigan Gagnon, and her family, of Stuart.
Dawn was preceded in death by her mother's husband, Hazen H. Kreis, II.
A Service to Celebrate Her Life will beheld Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 2 o'colck in the afternoon in the Chapel of the Treasure Coast Seawinds funeral Home & Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida.
