Deborah Lee Arnold departed this life and joined our Heavenly Father on Friday, July 4, 2014 at 6:55 AM at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart, Florida. Deborah was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Leslie and the late Peggy Thompson on December 16, 1952.

Deborah leaves behind her son, Steven Arnold, and his wife, Olivia; three grandchildren, Mikhail Arnold, Gabrielle Arnold and Julia Arnold; one brother, David Thompson; two sisters, Kim Spurgeon and her husband, Tom, and Kathy Thompson; and dearest friends, Kenneth Smith, and Ron and Kathleen Boulet.

She also left a positive impact on so many people in so many ways. Deborah will be remembered as a loving, kind mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Most of all, she was a devoted grandmother. She cherished her family and friends. Deborah will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. We will remember her big bright eyes and wonderful smile. Mom, you will be Forever in our Hearts!

A Prayer Service will be celebrated at the Mother of God Cathedral, 25585 Berg Road in Southfield, Michigan, on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 12:00 PM. A Celebration of Life to follow at Shenandoah Country Club, 5600 Walnut Lake Road in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
