Deborah Lee Machesko, 58, of Stuart, Florida, died suddenly Saturday, October 18, 2014 at her home in Stuart.

Born in Mineola, New York, she had been a resident of Stuart for two months, and formerly a longtime resident of Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

She enjoyed people, laughing and her canine companions.

Survivors include one son, Matthew S. Gilbert, of West Palm Beach, Florida; her father, John Machesko, of Port Saint Lucie; one brother, John Machesko, and his wife, Marie, of Port Saint Lucie; two nephews, John and Joseph Machesko; one niece, Sarah Machesko; and her beloved pooch, Hope.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Machesko, and her sister, Sharon Machesko, and her faithful service dog, Porsche.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa Avenue, Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34952 (772-335-2385)
