Dennis M. Lips, 71, passed on to his heavenly home on January 1, 2019.

He was born to Melvin and Susan Lips in Buffalo, New York on November 28, 1947.

Dennis is survived by his two daughters, Tracy Winston (Chris) and Colleen Kieley (Brian); brother, David Lips; beloved cat Ginger; many other family members and friends.

He served in the U. S. Navy during the  Cuban  Missile Crisis and Vietnam War Era; he received the National Defense Service Medal.

Dennis loved to travel and make memories.  Some of the places he enjoyed were camping at Alleghany State Park, Walt Disney World and going to air shows.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dennis' memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
