Deo Sharbo, known to many simply as "Uncle", of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019 in his home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 77 years.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Deo moved to Port Saint Lucie in 2004, coming here from Queens, New York after retiring from the New York City Housing Authority. Being an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Jamaica and then First Presbyterian Church of Port Saint Lucie, some of Deo's favorite pastimes included tending to his garden, taking care of his birds and fishing in Jensen Beach. Talented with his hands, Deo could fix almost anything in his home and was always eager to teach anyone willing to learn.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years, Rampeyarie "a.k.a. Sylvia"; loving sons Leslie (Rawtie), Ronnie, Andie (Sandy); grandsons, Anthony and Christopher; and sister, Tolin.

A Viewing Service in memory of Deo will be held on at  5PM to 9PM, Tuesday, March 5, 2019 and A Prayer Service at 10AM to 2PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory in Stuart, FL.  Chapel Service will be 2 PM, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the funeral home.
