Dick Ferrugio, 95, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on November 14, 2019 at Palm City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in New York City, he had been a Florida resident for 14 years from Princeton, New Jersey.
During World War II he served in the U.S. Army.
Prior to retirement he was a custom furniture maker, he built the conference room tables in the UN Bldg.
He was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City and St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart.
Survivors include his sons, Fred Ferrugio and his wife Vicky of Stuart and Richard Ferrugio of North Lauderdale, FL; four grandchildren, Fred Jr., Anthony, Joseph and Tiffany Ann and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy in April 2019 and 7 siblings.
Inurnment will be at a later date in South Florida National Cemetery.
