It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dolores Hudzina Stopa, aged 65 years old.

Dolores is preceded in death by her Father, John Hudzina, Mother Genevieve "Jane" Hudzina and oldest brother, Victor Hudzina. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Stopa, Daughters Jennifer Grant and Melissa Kamen, Step-daughter Jennifer Loschiavo (Andrew), Step-son Mike Stopa (Meghan), Grandchildren Noah Grant, Ava Grant, Tyler Loschiavo, Lily Kamen, Hailey Loschiavo, Autumn Stopa, Eli Stopa, and Maximus Kamen, Sister Ann Marie Hudzina and youngest brother, Michael Hudzina (Catherine) as well as many adored cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, grand nephews and many lifelong friends.

Born October 1st, 1957, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Dolores grew up alongside her two brothers and sister in both Bridgeport and Fairfield, CT. She attended Roger Ludlowe Highschool - class of 1975. Afterwards, Dolores raised her family in Milford, CT. Dolores enjoyed a long and rewarding career at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut for 35 years before retiring to Stuart, Florida.

In her new community of Vista Pines, Dolores and her husband Gerry made wonderful friends and lasting memories. Dolores was very involved in the organization of social events and enjoyed leading and participating in fitness groups. While Dolores loved her social life and extended family, the greatest joy of her life was her grandchildren.

As a beloved wife, mother, grandmother "Maga", sister, aunt, and friend, Dolores will be deeply missed now and always.
