Dominic Nicholas Caluccia, 88, of Spanish Lakes in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Born in Rochester, New York, he had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie for thirty-one years, coming from his birthplace.

An Army Veteran of both World War II and the Korean Conflict, he served as a Surgical Nurse in Military Hospitals in Germany.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Xerox Corporation and Delco Division of General Motors, both in Rochester.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Angelina F. Russo of Port Saint Lucie; and numerous nieces and nephews.

As per his wishes, he will be cremated and his ashes will be scattered in the Atlantic Ocean off Florida at the convenience of the family by the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart, Florida.
