Donald L. Taylor, Jr., 78, of Hobe Sound, Florida, passed away suddenly March 31, 2016 at his home.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, he had been a resident of Hobe Sound since 1988, coming from his birthplace.

He honorably served his country as a member of both the United States Air Force and the United States Marines and was a former member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Norma Jean Taylor; two sons, Jeff and Joel Taylor of Omaha; one daughter, Jill Taylor also of Omaha; stepchildren, Bryce Johnson of Omaha, Sherry Jeselink of Mer Rouge, Louisiana, Cindy Carlson of Loomis, Nebraska, and Joe Johnson of Omaha; twenty grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services and Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Omaha.
