Dorothy M. Felker
Age 90, of Stuart, FL, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Martin Nursing and Restorative Center in Stuart. Born in Mackinaw, IL, she had been a resident of Stuart since 1997, a Florida resident since 1986, coming from Peoria. IL. Prior to retirement she was a homemaker. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Hobe Sound, FL.
Survivors include her two sons; Karl Edward Felker, DMD of Sterling, IL and Robert H. Felker of Stuart, Fl; two brothers, Robert Glenn of Newark, NJ and Ralph Glenn of Mattoon, IL; two sisters, Mary Quinton and Lois Murray, both of Bloomington, IL; three grandchildren, Aubrey Opdyke of West Palm Beach, FL, Justin Felker of Greeneville, SC and Benjamin Felker of Savannah,GA; and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and one brother.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 26, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Hobe Sound, Fl.
The family suggests memorial to the Hospice Foundation, C/o Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34997.
