Duane Anthony Horton, 52 of Stuart, Florida, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart.
Born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, he had been a resident of Stuart for some time.
Prior to his illness, he was a roofer by trade.
Survivors include his companion, Selina Trafford of Stuart; and his daughter Jessica Proietti of Massachusetts.
Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family from the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory of Stuart.
