Durward Lowell Owens, 89, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on September 17, 2022 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, Florida

He was born in Baxter, West Virginia and served in the US Navy.  Before retiring he was the owner of Holiday Liquors in Waldorf, Maryland.

Survivors include his daughters Amber Wood of Hughesville, MD. and Sheena Breiner of La Plata, MD;. Grandchildren, Justin Van Bavel of Huntingtown, MD. Travis Breiner, La Plata, MD. Carlie Cooper of Prince Fredrick, MD. and Tyler Wood of Hughesville, MD.  He was predeceased by his wife, Rose Owens, his brothers, Walter Owens, Jr., Don Owens, and Edward Owens
