Edith Beatrice McLellan, 94 of Stuart, Florida passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Allegro Assisted Living Facility in Stuart.
Born in Hamden, Connecticut, she had been a resident of Stuart for some time.
Prior to her retirement, Edith was a Products Engineer, for Whitey -Blake in their Hamden Connecticut location, a manufacturer of custom Wire and Cable systems.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda J. McLellan of Stuart; and one sister, Catherine Downer, and her husband, Donald, of Guilford, Connecticut.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Gibbs.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11th, 2016 from 2-4:00pm at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 SE Monterey Road, Stuart, Florida 34994, with a reception on the Funeral Home Veranda and Reception Room.
