Obituary

Edward "Chic" Blinn, age 70, died peacefully, with his wife by his side, at his home in Port St Lucie, Florida on May 15, 2017.
Chic was born on November 04, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts to Walter and Florence (Wilson) Blinn. He served in the Army and was a Viet Nam veteran. He worked for 25 years for Fishery Products before retiring at age 55. During his employment, he was a weekend warrior in basketball and football.
Chic is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara (nee Glennon); daughters Linda (Kevin) Kelley, Kimberly (Daniel) Bolduc, and Deborah Blinn; grandchildren Jessica, Melissa, Olivia and Hannah; and his brother Walter "Bud" Blinn. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Barbara (Blinn) Duclos. Chic and Barb moved to Port St Lucie in 2008. Chic's wit, humor, intelligence, and kindness quickly earned him the respect of everyone, including the "horseshoe guys". His singing voice made karaoke a must-see event.
There will be a celebration of life in Florida on November 04, 2017 and in Massachusetts at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association located at 2300 Centrepark W Drive in West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
Chic, you-will be greatly missed by all who loved him and forever in our hearts.
