Egidio "GiGi" Dolfi, 88, of Palm City, FL passed away December 2, 2015 at Martin Medical Center in Stuart.
Born in Cochia, Italy, he grew up there and worked on the family's farm. He later moved to France and worked as a brick layer. GiGi moved to New York where he worked as a matre de and later owned his own restaurant. After retiring, GiGi and his wife, Liliane moved to Palm City in 1991.
He was a member of the Roman Catholic Faith.
GiGi will be remembered as a very loving man. He was a special to his family and friends. He enjoyed cooking and liked to fish.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 63 years, Liliane Dolfi; sister, Meri Benecchi of Howard Beach, NY and her daughters, Anna, Carla, Harriet and Ines; sister, Linda Iasoni of Corchia, Italy and her daughter, Nadia and son, Maurizio; sister-in-law, Jacquline Bonoli of France and sons, Frederic and family and Didier and family.
A Service of Remembrance will be 12 Noon, Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory in Stuart.
