Elissa Jean Fisher, 46, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at her home.


Born in West Islip, New York she had been a resident of Stuart since 1977.

She attended schools in Martin County.  Elissa was a former horse trainer, avid rider, talented artist, and loved flower gardening.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Black.

Survivors include her husband of 26 years, Adam Fisher of Stuart; two sons, Aidan and Elijah also of Stuart; her mother, Audrey Black of Greenville, South Carolina; two sisters, Janine Stoddard of Greenville and Julie Black O'Brien of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; and one brother, Darren Black of Gaithersburg, Maryland.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services and Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at Fernhill Memorial Gardens in Stuart.
