Elizabeth (Liz) Jeanette House, of Stuart, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on July 10, 2020, at the age of 68. Liz was born in Queens, New York and grew up on Long Island. On November 4, 1973 Liz married the love of her life James House. In 1986, they decided to escape the cold weather and moved to Palm City, Florida where they began to raise their family.

Liz was a devoted, fun loving wife, mother, "Mimi", sister, and friend. Her and her late husband Jim, created a life rooted in love, raising two boys and sharing numerous adventures throughout the years. Some of her fondest memories were made on the family camping trips, boat rides, and rounds of golf. She loved and appreciated nature always enjoying a cup of coffee on her back porch watching the birds in her bird feeders or feeding bunnies. As the ultimate homemaker, she collected beautiful orchids and different outdoor landscaping décor to always make her home feel welcoming.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan and his wife Allison, and Sean; her grandson Hunter, and her sister Karen Stringham.

Her family is extremely proud of her courageous spirit and fight with her and her husbands' battles of illnesses. She will be remembered for her incredible strength, outpouring love and will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home in Stuart, FL on Saturday, July 25, at 11:00 a.m. Due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions we kindly ask you R.S.V.P. to Allison House at awurstle3@gmail.com .
