Ellie passed on Friday, Nov. 25th at home. She was born in 1927 in Brooklyn, NY, but resided in NJ most of her life. She lived with her daughter, Sherry, for 20years; 14 years in Margate, NJ and her remaining 6 years in Stuart, FL

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted, and was married for 63 years. She had been School Board Secretary in Washington Twp. NJ for 25 years.
Her children were daughters, Vickie Garrigues and husband Dave, Sherry Brohl, and son Jim and his wife, Charlene. Her grandchildren were Byron and Pam Adamson, Jaime Adamson, Kaitlin and David Konetchy, and John Garrigues. She had one great granddaughter, Lilly Konetchy.

If you knew Ellie, you couldn't help but love her. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend. She also had a great sense of humor.

Especially with her family, Mom was always there to help and comfort us. A lot of our friends thought of her as their mom, too.
