Florence Winifred McGinnis, 96, of Ocean Breeze Park, Florida passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at her home.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she had been a resident of Ocean Breeze for twenty years, coming from her birthplace.

Sewing was a passion that she continued to enjoy up until the time of her death.

Survivors include her niece, Mary Ellen McGinnis of Boulder, Colorado; her sister-in-law, Connie McGinnis of Wells, New York; and a cousin, Alan Feldman of Fort Mohave, Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her "favorite feline friend", Molly; her brother, Herbert McGinnis, and her nephew, Herbert McGinnis, Jr.

A Gathering of her friends will celebrate her life on Thursday, May 24 ^th at 12 noon in the Pineapple Cove Building (Ocean Breeze Clubhouse)  in Ocean Breeze Park.  All are welcome.

Interment at the convenience of the family will take place at a later date in Moorestown, New Jersey.
