Frances Payne Watson's Obituary
Frances P. Watson, 95, of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at The Place at Stuart.
Born May 13, 1920 in Cook County, IL and she was the daughter of Frederick C. and Helen C. Payne. She moved to Florida in 1947 coming from Illinois and moved to Stuart four years ago.
Frances earned an Associate's degree in Business while living in Illinois.
She and her former husband, Jim, built and ran Ocean Terrace Motel in Juno Beach in the early 50's.
Frances was of the Methodist faith.
Survivors include her son, B ill Watson and his wife, Jean of Palm Beach Gardens; daughter, Lynne Minter and her husband, Bear of Stuart; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
No services are planned at Frances' request.
