Francesca Baiamonte Sanfratello died April 22, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Francesca was born in Palermo, Italy September 30, 1932, and immigrated to the United States with her family and late husband in May of 1972. She resided in Brooklyn, NY for a short while and then relocating to Matawan, NJ.

In 2001, she moved to Palm City, FL and enjoyed retirement with her husband. She would travel often to Sicily to see her many siblings, nieces, and nephews. Francesca enjoyed cooking, gardening, and sewing. But most of all she loved spending her time with her family, recounting the many wonderful stories of her life.

She was preceded in death by her husband Giorlando Sanfratello in 2020 and her loving son Giuseppe Sanfratello in 1988.

She is survived by her daughter Rosalia Di Fede, son Giovanni Sanfratello, and her daughter-in-laws Angela Sanfratello and Concetta Sanfratello. She loved her grandchildren, Giorlando, Ritamaria, Francesca, Francesca, Giuseppe, Matthew, Alessandra, Anthony and her six Great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday April 26, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Treasure Coast Seawinds Funeral Home, Stuart, FL.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart. There will a prayer service and she will be laid to rest in the mausoleum at St. Josephs Cemetery in Keyport, NJ on Saturday, April 30 at 11:30 am.
