Frank W. Clarke, 75, of Stuart, Florida and Weston, Connecticut, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Stuart.

Born in Quebec, Canada, he had been a seasonal resident of both Weston and Stuart, for many years, until permanently moving to Stuart a year ago.

He was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a Medic in the United States Army.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of forty years, Vera; two daughters, Casey and Lori; two step-children, Gretel and Teo; one brother, Clint; three sisters, Suzi, Candi, and Nan; and eleven grandchildren.

Services and Interment with Military Honors and Presentation of the Flag will be at the convenience of the family at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia.
