Frank Nicholson Millican, 76, of Stuart, Florida passed away August 12, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Born May 25, 1940 in Felling-Durham, England, he was the son of Frank Nicholson and Ida Fisk Millican. He moved to the United States in 1979 moving to Stuart in 1998 coming from Ft. Lauderdale.
Frank was Merchant Marine by trade, he sailed the world 80 times in 80 days, He retired as an electrician.
He attended Abundant Life Ministries in Stuart.
His hobbies included playing shuffle board, dominos, and gin.
Survivors include his son, Andrew Millican and daughter, Veronica Dolittle; and 4 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 11 am, Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Abundant Life Ministries, 900 Central Parkway, Stuart.
