Frederick H. Schreiber, Jr. 93, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away peacefully on January 8th 2020 at his home. Born in Islip New York, he has been a long time resident of Hobe Sound for many years.  He proudly served in the US Navy for many years. Prior to retiring he worked in the International Union of Operating Engineers.

Frederick was passionate about fishing, golfing and enjoyed relaxing aboard cruise ships around the ocean islands.

He was also a member of the NRA.

Survivors include his Grandson Frederick L Schreiber, daughter-in-law, Suzanne Schreiber, Niece Suzanne Cleveland and Nephew Wayne Wagner.

He was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Judy Messner, his Mother Mable Matilda (Cook) Schreiber, Father Frederick Herman Schreiber, Sister Virginia Rose (Wagner), and his Son Frederick H. Schreiber III.

Services will be at sea on Thursday 1/16/2020 with Florida Ashes at Sea.
